Soroptimist International is a worldwide organization of business and professional women who unite to make a difference for women. Working within their communities and through international projects, Soroptimists enhance the education, health, human rights and status of all women.  Longtime supporters of the Remuda Horsemanship Program the Soroptimists fund horsemanship  programing for young women in our community. Rotary Club of Stony Plain

Service above Self is their moto, and they live it in our community! The Rotary Club has been involved in many activities both locally and internationally. Some of these involved the establishment of the Rotary Park, Recycling center, Run for Life, in Stony Plain. Internationally we are involved with APU Girls School in Malawi, Africa, Project Amigo, Colima, Mexico. We have also been involved with water transportation in Honduras, support for earthquake victims in Haiti and Chile among various other projects. The Natural Leader

Give your team a clear advantage with The Natural Leader programs. Leadership theory is immediately put into practice with hands-on activities with horses. Our “Hold your Horses process checks throughout the activities allow for personal observation and reflection so participants make the connections from the arena to the workplace. The Natural Leader programs are truly Experiential Learning. Up to 10 participants work one-on-one with a horse, for team experiences we can partner up to 25 people. The intention of each experience is to provide a new perspective that supports and explores the Leadership Concepts you already know.  The Natural Leader has been a longtime partner and supporter of The Remuda Horsemanship Program hiring the Remuda when they have Edmonton sessions, and even putting up with Tony’s lame jokes…

Edmonton Center for Newcomers

The Edmonton Mennonite Centre for Newcomers (EMCN) is an immigrant settlement agency whose focus is the successful and integrative settlement of newcomers to Edmonton. The agency operates in an inclusive environment, with a welcoming atmosphere and a holistic approach to settlement practices. EMCN offers comprehensive settlement services, including support for the most basic of needs as well as more intensive support for newcomers with multiple barriers. EMCN revolves its practices around the values of social justice, diversity, compassion, and responsibility, and strives to achieve these values while improving the quality of life for all newcomers and Canadians alike. A new partnership between the EMCN and Remuda has grown over the last year, and we are very thankful it did. It is a pleasure to work alongside such a compassionate and caring group of people.
